Paper and Finding: 

Design

Users were asked to go through the different tasks while both their actions on the screen and their facial expressions were filmed. To have a better understanding of their though and actions, it was a speak-aloud session, so the sound was also recorded. At the end of the test, they ranked their level of frustration and performance for each tasks, and they also shared any ideas or comment about the test. Future analysis was done on the video and audio data.
